소나기가 멈춘 후 잠시 쉬는 동안 뜬 아름다운 쌍무지개에 대한 설명을 어린 동생한테 귀 담아 듣고 뺨에 홍조를 띈 채, 마음 속으로 무지개를 그려보는 맹인 떠돌이 거지 악사 소녀의 표정이 애처럽기 그지없다. 그 아름다움도 잠시 후면 사라지는 덧없는 것이긴 하지만 .... 우리 인간들 역시 저 떠돌이 소녀와 다를 바 없는 건 아닌지.
